DBPL – Basics Pack

Each pack of DecoBob™ pre-wound basics packs includes 24 bobbins in L sizes, which is most commonly used in longarm and domestic sewing machines. WonderFil® manufactures pre-wound bobbins in 3 standard bobbin sizes: size M, size class 15, and size L. Need to find out what size your machine takes? DecoBob™ basics packs come with 12 bobbins in 4 different basic and neutral colors. This is the perfect pack for anyone who needs a bobbin thread that can blend into basically any fabric or project! You can pair DecoBob™ pre-wounds with pretty much every top thread, even those from a different material and thread weight.

WonderFil pre-wound bobbins are wound with our 80wt DecoBob™ cottonized polyester thread in a reusable plastic sided bobbin. Many manufacturers will apply a glue or wax to hold their bobbins together, however DecoBob™ pre-wounds come 100% completely residue FREE! This makes for happier sewing machines as this basically lint free thread will keep your machine running clean without excess lint or sticky glue build up. DecoBob™ makes for an ideal bobbin thread as using a finer weight thread will also minimize the bulk in whatever you are doing, however DecoBob™ also has the strength, versatility, and reliability you can count on.

Pre-wounds are a fantastic choice because they come wound uniformly meaning you will get more consistency in all your stitches, which is especially noticeable when doing embroidery. They also come wound with a higher density of thread than when you wind your own bobbins on a domestic machine.
